1. Introduction

Welcome to Swaarnim Real Estate. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our investment platform. You must complete KYC verification before making any investment.

3. Investment Nature

Investments on our platform involve fractional ownership of real estate properties. Historical returns are not indicative of future performance. All investments carry risk, and you may lose part or all of your invested capital.

4. Fees

We charge a platform fee of 2% on investments and a 1% annual management fee. Specific fee structures for each property are disclosed on the property page.

5. Withdrawals & Exit

Investments have a minimum holding period specified for each property. Early exit may incur penalties. Exit proceeds are processed within 15 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Swaarnim Real Estate is not liable for market fluctuations, property value changes, or any loss arising from investment decisions made through our platform.
